Welcome to Leavitt Store. We value your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our store. By making a purchase, you agree to adhere to this policy.
Eligibility for Returns: Products are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact, and product in their original packaging, such as shoeboxes and dust bags.
Damaged Items: We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. If you receive a broken, torn or damaged item, we will gladly replace or refund it. To initiate a return for a damage item, please contact our customer support team at warehouse@leavitt.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage item to process your request.
Return Method: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at warehouse@leavitt.com.
Refund Option: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method. We are unable to offer store credit.
Processing Time: Please allow 4-6 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund once we receive the returned product. For items invoiced through the agency, refunds will be reflected in the following month’s pay statements.
